Pretty in Pink
Here we have a “Pretty in Pink” Bachelorette Party which was done for a colleague. From Pink table coverings to Pink Flower peddles and a pink cake! I was in charge of the décor and displaying the party. Although this event took place before Bridgette & Co. Catering it is still an event that I took lots of effort in designing. The food and beverage was done on a “dish to pass” basis.
BBQ Wedding Reception
In these featured pictures is an outdoor BBQ style wedding reception. This was one of my first “larger weddings” that I have done as Bridgette & Co Catering. This fully catered affair, for 65 guests, was a custom menu developed by the bride and groom with their favorite foods in mind.
There menu consisted of:
BBQ Chicken Halves
Two Hot Accompaniments (Garlic & Herb Macaroni & Cheese and Baked Ziti)
Two Cold Accompaniment (Fresh Fruit salad and a Garden Salad with homemade Vinaigrette Dressing)and
Fresh Rolls with Butter.
Summer Caprese Pasta Salad
Homemade salads are always a favorite during the summer months. This featured salad is a combination of Fresh Buffalo Mozzarella, Freshly picked Basil, and summer ripened Roma Tomatoes, and then tossed with Penne Pasta, Balsamic Vinegar and Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Adding Fresh pasta to a traditional Caprese salad not only stretches the dish further, but makes for a more “company friendly” accompaniment to any luncheon.
Assorted Sandwich Platters
A small luncheon still needs to be packed with lots of taste, style, and appeal. In addition to assorted sandwich platters, other types of platters can be fashioned for any event. Assorted Deli Meat Platters, Cheese & Cracker Platters, Relish Tray or even Shrimp Cocktail platters can be the star at your party.
Custom Made Just for Bridgette & Company
This large BBQ cooker was made especially for Bridgette& Co Catering. Holding up to 65 chicken halves, this grill is very functional. Its top cooking surface opens so the chicken halves can be placed securely in between two layers of grill top, which makes basting and seasoning effortlessness. This efficient design was also made to rotate 360 degrees for even cooking at all angles. Enjoy!
